Although I am not a fan of snakes, this piece was certainly a pinnacle in which I was able to get outside of my comfort zone and work with something that was unsettling to myself. The idea for this work was derived from Peter Hall's book; Sagmeister: Made You Look. The German Shepard on the front cover with the distortion of imagery really made me think of how I could incorporate a similar concept into my work with a similar "popping at you" theme. This also came in first in the Graphic Design category at the Westfield State Student Art Show in 2018.
